Customization and Development
- Design your website using the admin interface
- Create custom pages and content
- Upload media and manage images
- Create forms and collect data
- Customize CSS and JavaScript
- Use provided admin tools
Technical Operations
- Maintain and backup your website
- Optimize performance
- Manage users and permissions
- Configure security settings
- Monitor website analytics
Unacceptable Uses
You may NOT use 5G CMS to:
Code Modification Violations
- Remove copyright notices from source code
- Modify PHP files without authorization
- Remove developer credits or attribution
- Alter license headers or terms
- Hide or obscure code origins
Illegal Distribution
- Sell 5G CMS to others
- Distribute modified versions
- Make the code publicly available
- Offer it as a competing product
- Resell without authorization
Illegal Activities
- Use for illegal purposes
- Distribute malware or viruses
- Hack or attack other systems
- Facilitate fraud or scams
- Distribute illegal content
- Harass or defame others
Technical Violations
- Attempt to breach website security
- Perform unauthorized penetration testing
- Disrupt service for other websites
- Use excessive server resources
- Reverse engineer the software
Compliance Requirements
Must Keep Attribution
Unless you purchase a License Removal Package, you must:
- Keep "Powered by 5G CMS" in footer
- Maintain copyright notice in source code
- Acknowledge 5G CMS when asked
- Not claim 5G CMS features as your own
Licensing Compliance
- Use appropriate license for your use case
- Purchase License Removal if removing attribution
- Maintain license documentation
- Verify client website licensing
Security Responsibility
- Keep software updated
- Use strong passwords
- Protect sensitive data
- Report security issues
Monitoring and Enforcement
5G CMS reserves the right to:
- Monitor for policy violations
- Inspect websites for copyright compliance
- Verify proper licensing
- Take action against violators
Consequences of Violation
Policy violations may result in:
- Suspension of service
- License termination
- Legal action
- Damages claims
- Public notification
Client Website Compliance
If you build websites for clients using 5G CMS:
- Each client needs appropriate licensing
- Client websites must maintain attribution (or have License Removal)
- You are responsible for client compliance
- Inform clients of these requirements
