Unacceptable Uses of 5G CMS

You must not use 5G CMS in ways that violate licensing terms, laws, or platform integrity.

Code Modification Violations

  1. Remove copyright notices from source code
  2. Modify PHP files without authorization
  3. Remove developer credits or attribution
  4. Alter license headers or legal terms
  5. Hide or obscure the origin of the software

Illegal Distribution

  1. Sell or sublicense 5G CMS to others
  2. Distribute modified versions
  3. Make the source code publicly available
  4. Offer 5G CMS as a competing product
  5. Resell without written authorization

Illegal or Harmful Activities

  1. Use the software for illegal purposes
  2. Distribute malware or malicious code
  3. Hack or attack systems or networks
  4. Facilitate fraud, scams, or deception
  5. Distribute illegal content
  6. Harass, threaten, or defame others

Technical Violations

  1. Attempt to bypass security measures
  2. Perform unauthorized penetration testing
  3. Disrupt services for other websites
  4. Abuse server or hosting resources
  5. Reverse engineer the software

Compliance Requirements

All users must comply with licensing, attribution, and security responsibilities.

Attribution Requirements

Unless you purchase a License Removal Package, you must:

  1. Keep “Powered by 5G CMS” in the website footer
  2. Maintain copyright notices in the source code
  3. Acknowledge 5G CMS when requested
  4. Not claim 5G CMS features as your own

Licensing Compliance

  1. Use the correct license for your use case
  2. Purchase License Removal if attribution is removed
  3. Maintain valid license documentation
  4. Verify licensing for all client websites

Security Responsibility

  1. Keep the software updated
  2. Use strong and secure passwords
  3. Protect sensitive and user data
  4. Report security vulnerabilities promptly

Monitoring and Enforcement

5G CMS reserves the right to:

  1. Monitor compliance with this policy
  2. Inspect websites for attribution and licensing
  3. Verify license validity
  4. Take action against policy violations

Consequences of Policy Violations

Violations of this policy may result in:

  1. Suspension of services
  2. License termination
  3. Legal action
  4. Claims for damages
  5. Public notice of violations

Client Website Compliance

If you build websites for clients using 5G CMS:

  1. Each client must have proper licensing
  2. Client websites must keep attribution unless licensed otherwise
  3. You are responsible for client compliance
  4. Clients must be informed of these requirements
