5GCMS License Agreement

Important: By downloading, installing or using 5G CMS you agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use the software.

1. Grant of License

The developer (Mubashar Ahmad / 5G CMS) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to:

1. Use 5G CMS on any number of your own websites and client projects
2. Use the software for personal, commercial, freelance and non-profit purposes
3. Make modifications to the source code for your own use or client projects
4. Redistribute the original unmodified version of 5G CMS

2. Attribution & Branding Requirements (Mandatory for free use)

You must keep the following visible on every public-facing page:

1. The footer notice: Made with 5G CMS (or equivalent wording approved by the developer)
2. All original copyright notices and license headers in source files

Any attempt to remove, hide, minimize, or alter these attribution elements (via CSS, JavaScript, template changes, etc.) without purchasing the appropriate license constitutes a material breach of this agreement.

3. What You May NOT Do

1. Distribute modified versions of 5G CMS
2. Sell, rent, sublicense or commercially redistribute 5G CMS as a product
3. Present 5G CMS (or substantial parts of it) as your own product / your own development
4. Remove or obscure the required attribution without purchasing the License Removal Package
5. Use 5G CMS for any unlawful purpose or to distribute malicious content

4. License Removal & White-label Options

You can obtain the right to:

1. Remove the "Made with 5G CMS" footer
2. Remove copyright notices from source files
3. Use the software as white-label product
4. Make deeper modifications and distribute them under certain conditions

These rights are available through the purchase of the License Removal Package.

1. Single website license
2. Developer license (multiple client websites)
3. Extended commercial / resale license (ask for details)

5. Software provided "AS IS"

5G CMS IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

In no event shall the developer be liable for any claim, damages or other liability arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.

6. Data & Privacy

1. 5G CMS does not collect, send or store any usage statistics or personal data
2. All your website data stays on your server
3. You are fully responsible for compliance with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA etc.)

7. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination you must immediately stop using the software and remove it from all websites.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
